• Why does the Bella keep pausing?
    • The Bella pauses every 15 seconds for your added benefit. This pause informs you to move to a different area so you get an even deep clean all over your face.
  • How do you clean it?
    • To clean the Bella just use soap and water. You can let it air dry, or you can towel dry it. Since the Bella is non-porous you do not have to worry about it growing bacteria. If you feel it needs a deeper clean you may use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the Bella.
  • How do I charge it?
    • To charge the Bella, look at the bottom and notice there is a square tab. Gently pull the little square tab out, plug the connector in and connect to USB port or adapter.
  • How do I know when it is fully charged?
    • When the Bella is charging, it will flash a blue light. Once it is fully charged, it will no longer flash and is ready for use.
  • How do I know when to charge the Bella ?
    • Once the Bella stops completely it is time for you to charge it.
  • What happens if the tab breaks off and I can not find it?
    • Is it still waterproof? Your Bella is still waterproof. The little tab is an extra waterproof feature, however, we do not recommend keeping it submerged in water without the tab in place.
  • What kind of cleanser do you use with the Bella?
    • You can use either foam, gel or soap. Please do not use any cleanser that is clay based as you won’t get the deep exfoliation, or any cleanser with microbeads as the product is made of 100% Medical Grade Silicone and it could scratch the device.
  • How long is the Warranty?
    • The Warranty is good for one year. Please go online and register your Bella with the date you purchased it along with your receipt number……
  • How often can I use the Bella?
    • The Bella is gentle enough to use it up to twice a day. Just two minutes in the morning and two minutes in the evening (this is including the moisturizing) and you will notice a difference to your complexion in 3-5 days.
  • How do I use the Bella?
    • To use your Bella, first dampen your face, you can apply a small amount of cleanser to the nodules on the bella or onto your face. Turn the Bella on and in a gentle circular motion do one area at a time using the exfoliating side. Wait 15 seconds to feel the pause, then move to the next area. Once your face has been exfoliated, rinse off the soap, and pat your skin dry. You then can redo the steps with a small amount of moisturizer using the anti-aging/massaging side.
  • How do I turn on/off the Bella?
    • To turn your Bella on push the spot in between the plus and the minus button to turn your Bella on and off.
  • Why did my Bella shut itself off?
    • The Bella shuts itself off around the 3 minute mark. It should only take 1 minute to exfoliate and 1 minute to moisturize. If your Bella is not turning itself on again that means you need to charge it.
  • How many uses will I get out of it before I need to charge it again?
    • If you are only using the Bella for your face you should get around 200 uses out of it before you need to recharge from a full charge. If you are using it on your arms, or legs like some of our Bella users, you will need to charge it more often as you are using it for a longer period of time.
  • What does the Bella do?
    • The Bella has two sides, the first side is the exfoliating side. As it vibrates at 10,000 pulsations per minute it gives you a deep exfoliation by helping remove dead skin cells, oil and old makeup residue yet is gentle enough that you can use it up to twice a day. The second side is the massaging/anti-aging side. When used on a lower frequency this helps to stimulate more circulation and blood vessels which will help your skin become more oxygenated. Oxygen helps the production of collagen, and collagen is what helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This gives you tighter firmer and more youthful skin.
